Quick release rear wheel OEM brake caliper Yamaha R1 RN32 RN49 RN65

The cornerstone of this performance is a perfectly matched and engineered quick-change system made of high-strength AL7075 (EN AW 7075 - also known as aircraft aluminum).

This quick change system complete package guarantees a plug & play installation, without any other necessary additional parts or costs.

The original thru axle is equipped after machining with an external hex and a shell on the left side and a centering on the right side, so it is easy to loosen and attach by hand or a suitable impact wrench. These components additionally serve as camber pads.

The drive chain is placed on the chain holder and is therefore always in the correct position for relaunching and does not interfere with the installation and removal of the rear wheel.

The special feature of this system is the specially developed wheel support on both sides. This allows, together with the downwardly shifted caliper, the rim easily inserted. Furthermore, the special geometry of the rear wheel in the inserted state can be pushed sufficiently forward to be able to put the chain cleanly.

Thus, a wheel change is possible in less than 20 seconds.

Notice:

The original quick-release axle must be machined to make it usable for the quick-release system. For this purpose, we offer to use your existing thru axle or to fall back on an original new part (extra charge).
